Wild Soul Restorative

Snow-capped mountains under a cloudy sky
Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.
— Matthew 11:28-30

If You’re Honest…

You love God.
You love your family.
Your life looks good.

And yet… you don’t feel fully alive inside it.

You’re not falling apart.
You’re functioning.

But something feels flat.
Disconnected.
Quietly empty.

You can’t quite name it — but you know it’s there.

Wild Soul Restorative is a space to gently uncover and name what is beneath that numbness.

A One-Day Off-Grid Retreat for Women

Ready to Name What’s Beneath the Surface

Saturday, April 11 | 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Oxbow Ranch| Limited to 4 Women | $300

I

What This Retreat Is

This is not a spa day.
It’s not a loud conference.
It’s not emotional chaos.

It is a quiet, intentional, off-grid day designed to help you slow down enough to feel again.

In a small, held group of four women, we will:

  • Ground in nature and settle the nervous system

  • Explore how numbness forms and why high-functioning women bypass pain

  • Reflect deeply with guided prompts

  • Name what feels disconnected, resentful, grief-filled, or buried

  • Integrate through equine-assisted, embodied work

  • Close with clarity and a grounded next step forward

You will not leave “fully healed.”

You will leave clearer.

And clarity is the beginning of freedom.

Who This Is For

This retreat is for the woman who:

  • Loves her faith but feels spiritually dry

  • Is exhausted in a way sleep doesn’t fix

  • Feels unseen in parts of her own life

  • Is emotionally stable but ready for deeper honesty

  • Is willing to step away from distraction and sit with truth

This is not crisis care or therapy.
It is sacred, structured heart work.

The Setting

Oxbow is quiet.
Off-grid.
Unhurried.

Nature, open land, and horses create space to reconnect your body and spirit without distraction.

When the noise quiets, truth surfaces.

Meet the Herd

  • Close-up of a horse with light brown coat and mane, standing in a grassy field with trees and hills in the background.

    Aida

Aida, the eldest and wisest member of the herd, brings a calm, nurturing energy to every session. With a heart full of healing, she has an innate ability to connect deeply with those around her, offering quiet strength and wisdom. Whether standing as a silent companion or stepping forward to guide, Aida shows up with a gentle, feminine presence— and, of course, a perfectly styled mane.

  • Two brown horses lying on dry grass in a field with a rural landscape in the background.

    Concho

Concho is the definition of a workhorse—strong, steady, and eager to have a purpose. With an innate drive to serve, she thrives when given a clear task, always bringing her full focus and energy to the job at hand. Whether she’s guiding her herd with quiet authority or working alongside people, Concho’s presence exudes reliability and confidence.

  • A gray horse standing in a grassy field with colorful foliage in the background.

    Bucket

This pretty little roan is all heart. Playful and easy going, Bucket brings the fun to every session. In the arena, she can show up with a goofy spirit or offer a calm, restful presence when needed. A natural follower, Bucket fits into any situation with ease.

  • A brown and white horse standing by a metal fence in a paddock with a sunset and mountains in the background.

    Cooper

Wide-eyed and curious, Cooper has embarked on a new life with Oxbow Equine, learning to embrace the freedom beyond familiar pens and stalls. Though he can occasionally get a little nervous as he learns to embrace his new surroundings, Cooper loves being a part of the herd and makes friends quickly with humans and horses alike.
