My Story

I grew up confident, joyful, and full of life. I married young, at 19, and after a few years in the corporate world, I left to support my husband’s growing business and raise our family. Within four and a half years, we welcomed four children—including a set of twins—and I embraced the roles of caregiver, business advisor, and homeschooling teacher.

Life was full, but somewhere along the way, I lost touch with myself. After several life transitions, I found myself at a crossroads, unsure of what was next. It was a difficult but pivotal moment that led me to life coaching and, ultimately, back to myself.

Through coaching, I reconnected with my strengths, rediscovered my passions, and began living in alignment with my values and faith. That journey inspired me to help others do the same.

Today, I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), trained through the Co-Active Training Institute, the largest experiential coach training organization in the world. I am skilled in helping clients navigate change, build self-awareness, and take bold, authentic action. I also meet the standards for accreditation with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

In addition to traditional coaching, I offer equine-facilitated coaching, partnering with horses to deepen insight, strengthen confidence, and catalyze personal growth in a powerful, experiential way.

Beyond my professional training, I bring decades of real-world experience—as a business advisor, educator, and mother of four. My approach is deeply intuitive, spiritually grounded, and focused on drawing out each client’s unique potential.
