Rest, Release, Renew

In the busyness of our everyday lives, we often forget how deeply we need a safe space to slow down and restore our body, mind and spirit. What better way to pause and renew than in the company of other women of faith, surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of God’s creation?

We invite you to join us for the very first Beloved Women’s Retreat—a sacred getaway nestled in the Rocky Mountains near Lyons, Colorado.

Step away from the noise and into one peaceful day designed with your restoration in mind. Let go of life’s demands and reconnect with what truly matters.

You’ll experience grounding hikes through scenic foothills, equine-facilitated coaching with wise and gentle horses, restorative massage and energy balancing, heartfelt connection around the campfire, and quiet moments of prayer and meditation.

This is your invitation to breathe deeply, rest fully, and open your heart to the healing presence of God.

What’s Included

  • Massage therapy and energy balancing come together to support your body’s natural healing process, helping to release tension, restore energetic flow, and reveal deeper layers of health, vitality, and well-being. Each session is tailored to meet you where you are, encouraging lasting balance and renewal from the inside out.

  • In these collaborative equine-facilitated sessions, the horses become your guides in self-discovery. Through gentle groundwork and non-riding activities, you’ll experience how their natural responses mirror the emotions and patterns within you, providing valuable insights and clarity for personal growth.

  • Immerse yourself in nature with gentle, guided hikes and meditation. Surrounded by serene landscapes, these sessions provide a peaceful space for reflection, mindfulness, and deep connection to your inner self, allowing you to gain clarity and insight while reconnecting with the natural world.

  • We’ll provide two meals, snacks, and drinking water throughout the day, and coolers will be available for any food items you wish to bring. As the evening winds down, we’ll gather around a cozy campfire to reflect and connect. Please let us know if you have any food allergies within the registration form to ensure we can accommodate you.
